Spanish Dinner

Spanish Dinner, originally uploaded by Vimos.

Eggs fried in garlic-flavored olive oil, potatoes.  We eat this alot. Funny thing is, when we go out to eat, about half the time we order this (or this with ham or this with tomato bread.)

Since we saw the delicious photo, we have this a lot too. What a coincidence.

It is very good. Do you make it where the eggs sort of blister up and get crispy around the edges? Egg potato chips! Tonight I take Samuel to a little class/group thing he’s in and on the way back we stop at a market that sells huge eggzilla double yolk eggs-our weekend treat.
